The more than 2100 kilometer long natural gas pipeline system operated by WINGAS TRANSPORT links gas customers and suppliers. Positioned in the heart of Europe, the system is connected to the major European transit lines from Russia and the North Sea and the European trading hubs for natural gas in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. Controlled at the speed of light via optical data lines, this infrastructure has grown to become a major hub for natural gas transport in Europe. We are continuously extending this system so that Germany can retain its role as a major gas transit country. We invest in the future.
