Charges for quantity shortfalls or surpluses§ 29 (7) of GasNZV and § 12 (1) of the WINGAS TRANSPORT general terms of grid access are the general basis for the charges for quantity shortfalls or surpluses of standard load profile customers. Before that there have been bilateral procedures between exit network operator and shipper fixed in the supply contract.
