Flow commitments

WINGAS TRANSPORT requires flow commitments from shippers for its operated gas pipeline network in order to offer capacities on a maximum possible scale.

Transport customers with the intention to offer flow commitments first have to pass a pre-qualification procedure in order to be in a position to offer concrete flow commitments within the offer- and bidding phase. The terms for the invitation to tender flow commitments set up the legal basis for the participation of transport customers in the tendering procedure.

The basic agreement regulates the details regarding the points put out to tender. The flow commitments are concluded in single contracts.

Invitation to Tender

WINGAS TRANSPORT invites to tender flow commitments based on a variable or a fixed pricing for the following entry- and exit points as of 1st October 2010:
  • Bunde (ID 1632) Entry and Exit
  • Eynatten (ID 8950) Entry and Exit
  • Speicher Rehden (ID 3070) Entry and Exit
  • Broichweiden Süd (ID 8MVA) Exit
  • Lampertheim I (ID 1VMB) Exit
  • Lampertheim IV (ID 1VLA) Exit
  • Reckrod I (ID 1NLC) Entry and Exit
  • Kienbaum (ID 6AQA) Exit
  • Olbernhau (ID 2730) Entry and Exit
  • Mallnow (ID 6800) Entry

The offer- and bidding phase according to § 3 of the terms of the invitation to tender ends by 24th September 2010.

Biddings based on a fixed pricing will only be accepted, if there are not enough biddings based on a variable pricing. WINGAS TRANSPORT will therefore decide about the acceptance of biddings based on a fixed pricing directly after the new offer- and bidding phase.
