
 WINGAS TRANSPORT provides its transport customers with the option of short-term secondary trading of natural gas transport capacities on its grid. This offering is provided for entry and exit capacities on the Dutch-German grid interconnection point at Bunde (Lower Saxony).
Grid users that have already booked capacities, but realize they do not want to use them at short notice, can transfer these capacities to other interested parties, “unbureaucratically” for the following day via the trac-x or APX trading platforms.
The respective prerequisite is that all traders have concluded balancing group agreements with WINGAS TRANSPORT before the transaction. Traders interested in taking part in secondary capacity trading will need initial authorization for the respective trading platforms before they can start trading.
